Several years ago, when my daughter in law was pregnant with her first child, her midwife mentioned a diet program she was doing and lost a lot of weight. The program hcg weight loss diet is based on hormone balancing, stress reduction and positive lifestyle changes. Recently on facebook I have seen several other friends of mine on the same diet. I have seriously given this diet some thought. It is suppose to help regulate your metabolism and balance your body's hormones (that in itself would be worth it). Plus my husband would be thrilled not to have some moody crazy lady living with him. We'll let you all know how it works out.
