Paul Offit has been studying infectious diseases for over 30 years. His interest grew from the time he was a young medical student. Paul Offit is the Chief of Division of Infectious Disease and Director of Vaccine Education Center at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. He has also published more the 130 papers for the medical and scientific journals for the area. Pursuing his passion to help fight infectious disease.
Keeping busy is something Paul Offit does well. He also a member to the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices to the Center of Disease Control and Prevention. Dr. Offit has written five books titled, "What You Should Know", "Breaking the Antibiotic Habit", "The Cutter Incident: How Americas First Polio Vaccine Led to Today's Growing Vaccine Crisis", "Vaccinated: One Mans Quest to Defeat the Worlds Deadliest Diseases" and most recently "Autism's False Prophets: Bad Science, Risky Medicine and the Search for the Cure". If you are going to try and catch up with Dr Offit, you will need to be able to move fast, he doesn't waste time and is always busy.
